It's still one of my go-to spots for some fresh hand pulled noodles. Had a chance to try some different items out. Our friend child wanted orange chicken noodles, and we got that. It's definitely tastes how I would expect it to (a bit on the sweeter side for me). I did like the stir fry beef with cumin and the spicy stir fry flat noodles.

Once upon a time, this was Tang Dynasty... A place I visited a few times, but never was my 'go-to' for Chinese food. But forget the fairy-tale, they're hand pullin' noodles now! A place I've already tried three times and I plan to frequent! Here's a bit about Noodle Dynasty: = Parking / Dining / Atmosphere / Service = Plenty of parking spaces as they're located in a big parking lot, close to Petco. Dining hasn't changed much. Their tables, chopsticks, dishes, and utensils have appeared clean for the most part since visiting. The vibe still felt the same, as it was when it was Tang. If they're busy, it can get pretty loud. Definitely family friendly, I'd say. They've got a nice long bar which also gives plenty of space to eat, relax at, and watch a game. Regarding service, the staff have been quite helpful, but also forgetful at times. Though, no major issues. = Noodles, Dim Sum & More = If it's your first time here, obviously, you've got to try any soup bowl or dish of their fresh "hand-pulled noodles." They've got a QR code on the table for ordering, and I love the fact that when ordering there's an option for what style/type of noodle you'd like the noodles to be pulled; Angel-hair thin, medium thin, wide, or wide flat, or even thin flat. To me that adds a little fun in ordering. Here's a few dishes we've tried: * Soup Bowls * ~ Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup ($15.99) - Quite a tasty bowl. The broth was well balanced. ~ Dan Dan Noodles ($15.99) - Not the usual dry dan dan noodles that I'm use to, but also a decent tasting bowl. ~ Braised Beef Noodle Soup ($15.99) - Tender chunks of beef. Loved the broth as well. ~ Dry Mixed Noodles w/ Scallion ($14.99) - Was OK. You can definitely get a good taste of the noodle texture. I had to add more chili oil. * Appetizers * ~ Lamb Skewers ($5.99) - Prepare your napkin for this one. ~ Dim Sum - Shrimp Dumplings (4pc, $6.99) - Winner x 4! ~ Barbecue Pork Bao ($6.99) - Another winner, but it'll fill you up! * Other Dishes * ~ Spicy Fish Fillets ($16.99) - Loved it! One of my favorite favorite dishes. ~ Salt & Pepper Fish Filet ($16.99) - Saved some for leftovers! Can't wait to try the pork chop version next time. ~ Beef w/ String Beans ($16.99) - They fry their string beans well! We even liked it without beef. Try their Dry-Fry string beans as well. ~ Honey Walnut Prawns ($18.99) - Not what we expected. Honestly, we've had better at other Chinese restaurants. I think it's the starch. ~ Combination Fried Rice ($14.99) - Eh, (surprisingly) we did not enjoy this one either. Again, just go for the noodle dishes. * Cocktail Drinks * ~ French 75 ($10) - Luscious! ~ Lychee Lemon Drop ($12) - Refreshing! In the end, they are a bit pricey, but they pull some mean enjoyable noodles! We'll no doubt be back!

Hand-pulled noodles have quickly become a favorite in our household. From soupy to dry spice, we've enjoyed the variety of dishes that are available. We tried the following at Noodle Dynasty: - Shumai - Fried Red Chili Flake Noodles with Ground Pork - Sliced Beef Pancake Roll - Spicy Braised Pork Flat Noodle - This was the favorite of the group! - Sliced Pork Ear - Sauerkraut Bamboo Shoot Noodles - I can see this being a hit-or-miss depending on your taste preferences I appreciated that you can make all sorts of specifications to each dish, from the noodle width to the amount of sodium. Everything is ordered by QR code which makes it easy and quick, allowing visitors to add on items even through the meal. Definitely a filling meal, we'll be back to try more of their menu!

Super legit and delicious place! I went twice in a week and I will go back often. The offering includes a large variety of noodles, soups, and meets. Everything I tried was absolutely delicious. The price is on point. Service is good for the kind of restaurant. They have a lot of space, which makes dining quite enjoyable. A great place!
